If you’re exploring options, reviewing the available services is the best first step.
Each service is designed to meet athletes at different stages of development.
You’ve got questions. We've got answers.
Bootle Blueprint is a defensive back education and coaching platform founded by NFL defensive back and Super Bowl Champion Dicaprio Bootle. We provide structured education, coaching, and training rooted in technique, discipline, and real game experience.
Bootle Blueprint is built for:
Defensive backs at any level
Athletes serious about improving football IQ and technique
Parents seeking intentional, knowledgeable development for their athlete
Coaches looking for additional perspective, education, or teaching tools
Our services are designed to meet people where they are, whether that’s learning online or training in person.
No. While the teaching is high-level, the focus is on fundamentals and understanding. Athletes at different stages can benefit as long as they are coachable, disciplined, and willing to put in the work.
No. Online programs and digital products are paid educational resources. Signing up for the email list does not grant access to paid content, it simply keeps you informed about releases, updates, and opportunities.
Online offerings may include:
Workshop-style instructional videos.
Downloadable playbooks and PDFs.
Technique and situational football breakdowns.
Structured teaching designed to improve football IQ.
Each product includes a detailed description so you know exactly what you’re purchasing.
Virtual coaching consists of scheduled Zoom or phone sessions. These sessions may include film review, technique discussion, situational breakdowns, and development planning.
Virtual coaching does not replace in-person training, but it provides focused feedback and guidance regardless of location.
Athletes are encouraged to come prepared with:
Game or practice film (when available).
Specific questions or areas they want to improve.
A willingness to listen, learn, and apply feedback.
Preparation helps make each session as productive as possible.
In-person one-on-one training is highly individualized and allows for detailed, real-time correction. In-person group training sessions provide a competitive environment focused on fundamentals, reps, and shared learning with other athletes.
Both formats follow the same standards and teaching philosophy. The difference is the setting and level of individual focus.
In-person training locations vary depending on availability, season, and scheduling. Specific location details are provided during booking.
Due to the nature of digital products, coaching time, and limited availability, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. Please review product and service descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Parents are welcome to observe in-person sessions as long as it does not disrupt instruction. Virtual coaching sessions may include parents if appropriate and agreed upon in advance.
Each service page includes guidance on who the service is best suited for. If you’re unsure, starting with online programs or virtual coaching is often a good way to gain clarity before committing to in-person training.
