Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 3, 2026

Bootle Blueprint is committed to delivering high-quality training, education, and services. Because of the nature of our offerings, all purchases are final unless otherwise stated.


All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Bootle Blueprint are non-refundable, including:

  • Digital products (playbooks, PDFs, downloads)

  • Online programs and workshop videos

  • Virtual coaching sessions

  • In-person one-on-one training

  • Group training sessions

Once a product is purchased or a session is booked, it is considered delivered or reserved.


Digital Products

Due to the immediate access provided upon purchase, digital products are not eligible for refunds.

This includes any downloadable or streamed content.


Coaching & Training Sessions

All coaching services are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling may be allowed at our discretion if:

  • Notice is provided in advance

  • Availability permits

Missed sessions or late cancellations may be forfeited.


Cancellations

  • Failure to attend a scheduled session may result in loss of that session

  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling


Exceptions

Refunds will only be issued in rare cases where:

  • A service cannot be delivered by Bootle Blueprint

  • A duplicate charge has occurred
